4 Simple Steps.

Flip
over the end of your rug.

Brush
your rug fringes until they're all straight.

Unroll
Perfect Rug Secret with the rougher feeling side facing onto the rug
fringes. (Tip: I find if you get someone to help you here by holding one
end of the tape, it is easier but still pretty easy on your own.)

Using a
household iron at Low Heat, press the iron down on the Rug Secret tape
firmly for several seconds. DO NOT glide it along as it will drag the
tape. Lift and press the iron along the length of the tape, until
complete.
That really is it.
Application is done. Dead easy.
Perfect Rug Secret has been designed to last for years and WILL last for
years but, like anything, you have to look after it properly. Here
are a few guidelines to keep you in the right direction:

Do not allow a hot iron to come in contact with the rest of your rug. It
could damage your rug.

When vacuuming,
always vacuum in the direction of the fringes. Do not go vacuum
against the direction of the fringes as it may pull off the tape.

If you ever wish to
remove the tape, simply follow Step #3- heat the tape and peel it off
slowly.

Question:
How many rolls of Rug Secret will I
need?
Answer:
Rug Secret comes in a 15 foot roll.
Since it is installed underneath your
rug fringes, you will need at least
twice the width of your rug. So if
your rug is 6'x9', you will require at
least twelve feet. A general rule
of thumb is to get twice as much Rug
Secret as your fringes (i.e. 24 feet).
Here's why: Should you ever send
your rug in to be cleaned, we strongly
suggest removing Rug Secret before rug
cleaning. In this case, you will
have enough to install a fresh roll of
Rug Secret a second time, after the rug
has been cleaned.
